Very simply put sex without consent is rape, whether it ends up in pregnancy or not is irrelevant.

Shall I say it again for those who still don't get it.....

Rape is when a sexual act takes place without the consent of both parties.

I do not understand how highly educated politicians are still baffled by this.  It's not rocket science.
